CITY OF GAINESVILLE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
City of Gainesville Employees are entitled to up to three free visits per year, and a PAI personality test when judged necessary by the psychologist. Sworn officers and their spouses are seen under another contract (not with our office).

NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERT TESTIMONY
Two court rulings, one from the FLorida State Supreme Court, reaffirmed neuropsychologists ability to provide expert testimony concerning causality of neurological disorders.
A more recent 2003 ruling seems to limit testimony about ultimate causation, though the opinion seems to allow for testimony relating to findings which may or may not be consistent with neurological disease or etiology.
